    As a FLSmidth onsite and workshop Boilermaker, you will be the company's first point of contact with our customers regarding equipment maintenance. A strong focus towards excellent customer service, the ability to complete service reports and a high level of communication are important attributes for this position.

    You will have access to a work vehicle with fuel provided, dry cleaning, carwash, phone, laptop, all travel hours paid, overtime paid on travel, work uniforms and boots, tooling and PPE all provided.

    Overall responsibility of the role is to safely service and repair all FLSmidth Equipment in a timely manner and to an OEM standard. Providing photographic reports and recommendations to clients and ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction is achieved.

    The role involves both local work and on customer sites to support our customers with commissioning and general maintenance, servicing and repairs of our fleet of equipment.

    A high level of customer service, time management, work planning and self-management are required for this exciting opportunity. The main responsibility of the role is to undertake routine inspections and servicing, attend break-downs and working to ensure a high level of equipment availability both in the workshop and on customer sites.

    What you bring:

  • Trade qualifications are essential
  • Previous experience in a field service role
  • Wash plant experience Preferred
  • Driver's License essential
  • Computer literacy
  • Good presentation & effective organisational and communication skills
