- Permanent role with a nationwide contractor
- 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth
- Tier one mining clients – major infrastructure upgrade projects
- Complete QA/QC Coating Inspections to applicable Australian and International standards
- Undertake visual inspection after abrasive blasting and before coating
- Inspect after coating application for coating defects
- Carry out surface profile tests
- Create coatings inspection reports
- Provide technical advice and assistance to the project team
- Preparation and implementation of project quality management systems
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver Abrasive Blast and Protective Coatings to the client's specifications
- NACE 2 qualification - minimum requirement
- Construction white card
- Experience in the construction and/or mining industry with blasting and painting
- Strong team player, proactive and reliable with high safety standards
