The Role
Southern Cross Protection is looking for talented and customer-focused Officers to join our Loss Prevention team. We have multiple Part-time and Full-time vacancies available across the Northwest Melbourne area.
In this position you will be the first point of contact for the store, greeting customers, maintaining vigilance and conducting bag checks. This position requires someone consistent with their professional appearance and communication.

The Tasks
- Acknowledge and greet customers entering the store
- Provide Loss Prevention support to deter theft of stock
- Monitor the store for any adverse behavior
- Support management in resolving situations of conflict
- Ensure the safety of staff and customers
- Provide accurate incident reports
The successful candidate
- Hold a valid VIC security licence
- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Maintain a tidy and professional appearance
- Must be able to work retail hours, this may include weekends and/or public holidays
