We are seeking an exceptional Orange Door Integrated Practice Leader to spearhead innovative, multi-disciplinary, and multi-agency approaches in complex service delivery contexts.

This is a pivotal role where you'll lead and shape services that support families in need, while driving impactful change in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide authoritative advice on risks, priorities, accountability, and practice matters to The Orange Door Network team.
• B
• uild strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate a partnership and integrated practice approach.
• Develop capability of practitioners to deliver integrated functions and services responding to family violence, perpetrator interventions, and child and family development.

What We Offer:

• An hourly rate of $63.18 to $65.67, dependent on qualification and experience.
• Salary packaging up to $18,550 per year.

Requirements:

• A valid and current Driver's Licence.
• Satisfactory Criminal History Check.
• A valid Employee Working with Children Check.
• A valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check.
