    Deine Aufgaben

    • Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Störungen ohne Call-Center Tätigkeit.
    • Bearbeitung, Priorisierung, Klassifizierung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Incidents in unserem Ticketsystem Jira.
    • Durchführung von Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen einschließlich der Bereitstellung eines Workarounds oder einer Lösung auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen.
    • Koordination der Maßnahmen zur Analyse und Behebung von Incidents zwischen Service Desk, Hosting und Software-Entwicklung.
    • Unterstützung des Service Desk Teams bei fachlichen Fragen.
    • Erstellung und Pflege von Einträgen in unserer Wissensdatenbank.

    Gezahlte Position

    Voraussichtlicher Gehalt: 55.000 bis 70.000 EUR/Jahr

    Dein Profil

    • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
    • Support-Erfahrung im IT-Bereich sowie Kenntnisse in der Log- und Fehleranalyse von Webapplikationen.
    • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL, HTML, XML, CSS und Java.
    • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache.
    • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung sowie analytische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus.
