The Role
We're Currently Looking For a Personal Assistant To Provide Advanced High Level Administrative Support To The Director Nursing, Midwifery And Clinical Governance (DNMCG).
Diary and phone management
Coordination and prioritisation of daily tasks and meeting papers
Electronic and paper-based document management, including directorate requisitions and recruitment
Organisation of meetings, site visits and associated travel arrangements
Secretariat support, as required.
