We are seeking a Job Placement Consultant to join our team in Ballarat who will help people facing health challenges find new employment opportunities and support them in returning to meaningful & sustainable work.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce;
- Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence;
