- Manage and prioritise the government and executive services email
- Coordinate and triage briefs and correspondence to Minister's office
- Provide a weekly wrap of all correspondence, briefs, ministerial and email requests
- Prepare updates and reports for divisional team meetings
- Process team invoices
- Management of document approval and filing system "Binder"

About the role
The Government and Executive Services Administration Officer provides administrative support for the division. Working closely with the Director and Managers, this role is critical to ensure the timely delivery of key briefs, correspondence and other materials to the office of the CEO, Minister and Department of Treasury and Finance.
The position provides exceptional support to the busy Government and Executive Services division requiring strong interpersonal relationship skills to manage key relationships across the business. Key accountabilities include;

About you
You are an experienced Administration Assistant or Business Support Officer with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. You will demonstrate professional communication skills and an ability to build rapport with myriad of Stakeholders. You are passionate about providing a high level of customer service in supporting your team to deliver on objectives. You will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite of programs, namely Word, Excel and Outlook. Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy is a must. Experience working in a Government setting would be advantageous.
