The role
Our client is a key franchise partner of this network and due to strong growth ambitions, they have a newly created opportunity for an experience Operations Leader to join their business and oversee their restaurants. This role will report into the Directors and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of two large restaurants based in Hobart to achieve KPI's and targets.

Experience required
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in QSR/Retail management, overseeing a large workforce in a complex environment overseeing various departments. They will have the proven ability in leading and developing customer service and sales teams and an understanding of a franchise environment. Culturally, they will have a strong drive for results with a clear and open communication style and a passion for building an accountable and collaborative team culture focused on achieving together.
