- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of SAP CRM module and its integration with other modules such as Sales, Service, and Marketing
- Experience in full lifecycle implementation and support projects
- Expertise in configuring and customizing SAP CRM according to business requirements
- Knowledge of CRM technical components such as Web UI, BOL, GenIL, and Middleware
- Experience in working with CRM Sales Processes, Service Processes, Customer Interaction Center, and Marketing Campaigns
- Good understanding of CRM business processes and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
