An exciting opportunity for aCyber Security Project Managerto join our fun, collaborative, and hardworking team based at our head office in North Sydney
This position ensures that Cyber Security Projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. It will manage and lead enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. This role will understand the risks and business context of projects and successfully manage the relationship with the business client and all stakeholders to achieve business and project outcomes. It will involve coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the project's execution.

About the role

Lead the planning, base lining, execution and reporting

Manage and monitor project budget and procurement requirements

Perform project evaluations and assessment of results

Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cyber teams, IT departments, and executive leadership, to drive program success and risk reduction

Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost optimization

Provide regular updates and reports on program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to key stakeholders

About you

Relevant experience managing cyber security projects

Ability to assemble and coordinate project team members

Have a passion for cyber and stay informed about emerging cyber threats, trends, and technologies

Solid background with Information Security principles

Exposure/experience to Security Risk and Compliance Audit projects

Governance exposure on ISO 27001 standard and regulatory requirement
