This newly created position, reporting to the COO, will take on IT Management within the organisation.

A "Hands-on" Technical Leadership role, this is your chance to have a meaningful impact as both a leader and influence in future proofing of IT systems and Infrastructure.

This position forms part of the organisational Leadership team, will require Board level presentations and will benefit from a goal driven attitude and an ability to understand business issues and drivers.

This position encompasses leadership across the Infrastructure and Applications teams, and will have influence at a Board level.

LEADERSHIP

Ideally you may be currently a 2 IC to a IT Manager and oversee responsibility of Systems (ERP) Network and Infrastructure.

A proven knack for managing and leading IT Teams is essential across the IT landscape of approx 5- 10 staff.

TECHNOLOGY
This position requires expertise across Systems and Infrastucture.
Expeirence acrossERP SystemsANDInfrasturctureis essential

INDUSTRY
Knowledge of "Supply Chain" or similar is essential.
This could be Transport, Manufactuing, FMCG or similar.

This is a position where you will be empowered to align and develop the IT strategy to enable the busienss, which is growing exponentially This is an opportunity to take ownership of the strategic IT initiates within the business.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills will be of utmost importance and the ability to lead and influence a cohesive team of Systems and Infrastructure professionals.

SPECIFIC SKILLS

A background working as a 2 IC to the Head of IT, a Senior Technical Lead or IT Manager is ideal and expertise with within Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Logistics would be highly regarded, however not essential.

Ideally you will have
5+ years managing a MS Exchange environment & Office 365
Strong knowledge of SQL Server
Experience managing Network Infrastructure
Systems Management with ERP
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Exceptional communication skills
Understanding of Project Management principles and have experience managing projects
Proven team Leadership, and a style that embraces positive change and reward performance
A think outside the square approach

This organisation is also open to hiring a passionate IT Professional eager to take on a Leadership role, but may not have had the opportunity to hold an Execitive Management position.
