    My client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with 3-5 years' experience delivering D&C commercial Fit-Out projects

    My client is a leading fit out and refurbishment company specialising in delivering top-notch fit out, refurbishment, asset repositioning and heritage projects. With a proven track record of excellence spanning over 50 years, my client takes pride in their ability to transform their clients' visions into reality.

    The Role
    As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from inception to completion & confident managing a portfolio of $15-$20Million of projects a year.
    Your key duties will include:
    1. Project Planning: Collaborating with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. Developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and budgets.
    2. Team Leadership: Leading and motivating a team of skilled professionals, including architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors. Ensuring clear communication channels and fostering a collaborative work environment.
    3. Quality Control: Implementing strict quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure the highest standards are met. Conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
    4. Budget Management: Monitoring project finances, tracking expenditures, and managing cost-control strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
    5. Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation plans to avoid any project delays or budget overruns.
    6. Client Relations: Maintaining excellent relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing regular project updates. Addressing any concerns or changes efficiently and professionally.
    7. Compliance: Ensuring all projects comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

    Skills Required
    • Qualified in Diploma of Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager in the fit out & refurbishment sector
    • Experienced with Buildlogic, Procore or Aconnex
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with the team, clients and stakeholders
    • Proficient in project management tools and software.
