    About the role It is an exciting time in Verbrec as we focus on and grow our Digital Industry presence in Infrastructure, Mining, Manufacturing, Systems Integration, Automation and Control Systems.

    This growth has opened opportunities in our Perth team for a Control Systems Engineer.

    You will have experience in design and programming of control systems, able to connect and work with a multidisciplinary team and be able to think outside the box and work with agility to meet client requirements and achieve project outcomes.

    As a Control Systems Engineer you will ideally bring to the role: Experience developing or upgrading control systems in water, mining, gas or similar infrastructure projects, Tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Automation or Mechatronics Engineering, SCADA development capability, for example Clear SCADA, Citect, Experion or others.

    Demonstrable capability with RTU's and PLC platforms (i.e.

    Honeywell, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Siemens or Schneider), Experience undertaking Factory Acceptance Testing and Site Acceptance Testing, Excellent problem solving and fault-finding skills with process control hardware and software, A disciplined approach to project data and documentation An attitude to drive innovation through integrated process control solutions (i.e.

    wireless, IIo T smart field devices, remote monitoring and support).
