- Prepare quotes and tender pricing for the sales team.
- Responding to website enquiries.
- Entry of accepted quotes into system ready for project managers to order.
- Assist with preparing tender responses and submissions.
- Sending out quote requests to suppliers and contractors.
- Tender drawing take offs for sales team, and an understanding there of.
- Preparing operational & maintenance manuals for completed projects.
- Contracts administration.
- Manage small projects from receipt through to hand over and completion.
- Direct communication with clients, builders, and project managers
- Maintain clear documentation in line with Quality Assured systems and processes.
- Manage service orders including site repairs and warranty claims.
- Interest in and passion for interior design and furniture.
- Excel & Word proficient.
- Well organised and team player.
- Experience with providing exceptional customer service.
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and able to maintain systems and databases accurately.
- Willingness to contribute to collaborative team environment.
- Pronto experience would be an advantage.
