    The Business Analyst (CRM) will primarily focus on Customer Relationship Management solutions (Salesforce and its integrated components) to ensure the identification and delivery of business requirements, technical implementation, and ongoing appropriate and timely system support.

    About the role This is a full time permanent opportunity located in Brisbane CBD.

    The Business Analyst (CRM) will primarily focus on Customer Relationship Management solutions (Salesforce and its integrated components) to ensure the identification and delivery of business requirements, technical implementation, and ongoing appropriate and timely system support.

    The position serves as a primary contact point between vendors, ICT, product owners and subject matter experts.

    Key activities include:
    Provide business analysis services for assigned systems, in consultation with subject matter experts.
    This will include configuration and advise on process set-up.

    Manage the relationships between internal customers, ICT and vendors to provide consolidated input into the design, configuration, delivery, testing and deployment of assigned systems.

    Triage incidents and service requests for the assigned system queues, in partnership with subject matter experts and product owners.
    This will include diagnosis and rectification of system critical issues through liaison with ICT teams and vendors.
    Provide timely escalation support to subject matter experts of the assigned systems.
    Through these interactions, collect and analyse requirements regarding both issues and improvements, with the objective of improving the systems.
    About you Extensive experience with Salesforce Cloud and Experience Cloud Lightening Digital Experiences.
    Hands-on experience with configuration and customization activities.

    Extensive experience in defining and documenting processes with the ability to translate business requirements into technical information, understood by suppliers and product owners.

    Experience in the design, configuration, delivery and technical administration of CRM Salesforce systems.
    Proven ability to initiate and lead continuous improvement through process and technology change.
