    Due to an internal promotion, we are currently recruiting for an experienced operations candidate to fill the role of Quarry Supervisor. The role will be based at the Golden Grove Quarry in Adelaide, SA.

    Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this role will be multi-faceted responsible for supervising quarry operations with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.

    In your new role, you will be:

  • Supervising the day-to-day production operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
  • Managing people while bringing your team along the journey to successfully achieve goals
  • Bringing a strong safety mindset and manage high risk activities and reduce risk exposure for self and others
  • Managing the servicing and mobile and fix plant with assistance from the Quarry Manager
  • Assisting in the quarry development plan and meeting sales Vs production requirements

    • What we offer:
