    A rewarding new opportunity now exists for an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our Technology team, with flexibility to be based from any of our national offices (Melbourne, Sydney, Perth or Brisbane).

    The BA is responsible for contributing to business improvement strategy and innovation initiatives across the firm.

    Working with our Portfolio Delivery team and other stakeholders across the firm, the BA identifies, analyses and documents the organisation's business objectives, services, processes and information requirements to identify changes and support the design and delivery of valuable business improvements.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Anticipate, understand and analyse current and future business and technical environments, including emerging trends.
    • Provide insights that enhance project efficacy, fulfil strategic goals and result in changes that deliver real value to the firm and its' clients.
    • Build and maintain superior technical and functional knowledge of the firm's key systems, applications and processes.
    • Act as an intermediary between end-users and Technology teams whilst building rapport and relationships across the Firm to effectively design, deliver and promote business improvement strategies.
    • Guide and support deployment and change management activities including user support, training, communications and documentation.

    Required skills and personal attributes

    • Demonstrated Business Analyst experience in a legal or professional services environment.
    • Expert technical skills in the analysis, support and management of enterprise applications eg. CMS, DMS, CRM, LPM.
    • Experience working within one or more project management methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile).
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Self-motivated and 'value-add' mindset, with a strong and proactive approach towards continuous enhancement and client service.
    • Displays enthusiasm, curiosity and resilience when faced with new ideas, unfamiliar concepts or different ways of working.
