    About the role

    The role of the Relationship Manager is to ensure that the future residents of St. Clare receive an exceptional experience from the time they sign a reservation with the Sales Manager to when they move into their new homes.

    As the primary point of contact for all reserved clients, some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and executing processes to ensure an exceptional settlement journey
    • Acting as the conduit between clients and the VMCH Property Development team in relation to apartment upgrades and alterations
    • Bringing together a community of reserved clients and hot leads by developing a regular event program
    • Gaining insights from buyers to create a tailored service offering before our residents even move in
    • Networking in the local community and building strong relationships to develop an enhanced community experience for residents – For example: online access to Art Centre shows, discounted membership for local pool, painting classes and discounts at local restaurants

    Please note that this role requires the availably to work on Saturday once a month.

    About you

    You are proactive, display a can-do attitude and have the ability to build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and building trust.

    You are meticulous and proactive with your customer liaison and database management to ensure all correspondence is recorded accurately.

    The position will suit a collaborative person who enjoys engaging with the wider business to achieve set outcomes.
