- Act as the first point of contact dealing with visitors, incoming phone calls and general queries.
- Manage procurement of office equipment, merchandise and sundries.
- Coordinate team events under the direction of the Business Manager.
- Draft, edit and format materials and communications as required by the functional teams.
- Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Monitor multiple inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner.
- Onboard new starters by preparing induction schedules, IT forms and other associated activities.
- Update and maintain company databases.
- Support finance related activities and processes.
- Coordinate employee travel and accommodation, and booking external training and events.
- Proficiency in MS Office computer skills, particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial administration or bookkeeping.
- Ability to work under pressure and cope with changing priorities.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive team player who can work autonomously.
