- Managing the AP inbox and actioning enquiries in a timely manner
- Entering and updating invoice data
- Processing vendor invoices and other accounts payable transactions
- Reviewing internal card transactions and staff expenses
- Reconciling bank statements and invoices
- Assisting with general ledger coding
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding invoices and payments
- Providing other general accounts, compliance, filing and administration duties as required
- Strong IT and data entry skills and good working knowledge of accounts systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
