    So what are we looking for, you may ask?...

    We are looking for Duty Managers & Assistant Venue Managers to join our already established teams & venues across North Queensland. If you have had previous experience managing a hospitality venue, we would love to talk to you.

    We operate some of North Queenslands most ICONIC & diverse venues, Trinity Beach, Palm Cove, Jubilee Tavern & Reef Gateway with differing clientele and vibes. Whether you are keen to manage a pub or one of the premier event destinations in the CBD we have the venue for you.

  • What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisor role at a comparable venue.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and pride in your work
  • Capacity to work as a team player while leading from the front
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Extensive café, restaurant & bar service experience
  • Current RSA & RSG
  • Current RMLV, Approved Managers License
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
  • What will your job duties include?

  • Effective day to day communication with a multi-skilled team
  • Booking and event management
  • Succession planning for the Front-of-house team
  • Implementation of staff training programs
  • Effective labour control
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving, including customer complaint resolution
  • Basic financials, including cash up
