- Ensure Timely Shipping Administration and Consignment Fulfillment
- Prepare Commercial Invoices and Relevant Documents for Goods Transit
- Produce Export Documentation in Line with UK Customs Export Requirements
- Consult with Carriers and Chambers to Optimize Good Dispatch with Consideration for Cost and Service
- Provide Feedback on Issues Related to Delays, Commercial Prices, or Duties
- Offer Routine Administrative Support to the Operations Team as Needed
- Experience in Global Exports, Including Post-Brexit Northern Ireland
- Collaboration with Local Chambers of Commerce for Added Documentation or Certifications
- Understanding of Duties and Incoterms
- Proficiency in Office Skills, Including Excel and Word
- Desirable: Understanding of Inbound Handling and Trader Support Service (TSS) Knowledge for Ireland Input
