    The Role:

    • Ensure Timely Shipping Administration and Consignment Fulfillment
    • Prepare Commercial Invoices and Relevant Documents for Goods Transit
    • Produce Export Documentation in Line with UK Customs Export Requirements
    • Consult with Carriers and Chambers to Optimize Good Dispatch with Consideration for Cost and Service
    • Provide Feedback on Issues Related to Delays, Commercial Prices, or Duties
    • Offer Routine Administrative Support to the Operations Team as Needed

    About You:

    • Experience in Global Exports, Including Post-Brexit Northern Ireland
    • Collaboration with Local Chambers of Commerce for Added Documentation or Certifications
    • Understanding of Duties and Incoterms
    • Proficiency in Office Skills, Including Excel and Word
    • Desirable: Understanding of Inbound Handling and Trader Support Service (TSS) Knowledge for Ireland Input
