    The Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of our digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving significant growth in website traffic, social media presence, email database numbers, and engagement levels and have responsibility for achieving digital sales targets and B2B lead generation.

    Someone to take ownership of this division and isn't scared to roll their sleeves up with a strategic, hands-on approach. The company is culture driven and fosters growth and development in employees.

    The Digital Sales and Marketing Manager will develop, coordinate, and execute the company's marketing plans, campaigns and strategies. The role will be responsible for lead generation, influencing sales growth and customer retention.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at significantly increasing traffic to
    • Implement strategies to dramatically enhance social media presence across relevant platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
    • Create and manage paid social and digital media strategies to drive sales of sports delivery programs and Sports Community products and services.
    • Expand and nurture our email subscriber base through innovative campaigns and initiatives, focusing on increasing engagement and conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content and user experience, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and maximizing conversion opportunities.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize digital marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Lead and mentor a small digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive excellence in execution and achieve ambitious targets.
    • Drive sales growth through effective digital marketing strategies, with a focus on both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

    The ideal candidate

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
    • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital sales and marketing strategies that drive significant growth in website traffic, social media engagement, and email database numbers.
