    Description

    Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team at their large Dairy Facility in the Goulburn River Valley region.

    Position Overview

    This is a critical role that requires ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment to maintain optimal production efficiency and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with management to resolve maintenance and equipment failures promptly.
    2. Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
    3. Investigate and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently.
    4. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

    Requirements:

    • Award-winning Trade qualifications in Electrical (A Grade license).
    • Expertise in fault finding using Allan Bradley PLC's and VSD's.
    • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
    • Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing environments (preferably in food processing or dairy).
    • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster of day and night shifts.
    • Forklift Licence (desirable).

    Working Conditions:

    This role involves working in an industrial setting with exposure to varying weather conditions. The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
