The Firm
Our client is a global law firm with a reputation of excellence who are currently seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Perth team. Situated in the heart of the Perth CBD, they are surrounded by the best food and coffee options with state of the art facilities on site.

The Role
Joining the busy Perth office as a Float Legal Assistant you will support a variety of partners across multiple practice areas on an as-needed basis. Practice areas include Corporate, Banking/Finance, Projects, Litigation & Regulatory, Employment, Real Estate. Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Document production: drafting, amending and proof reading documents
• File management: opening and closing electronic and paper files
• Financials: billing/WIP reports
• Diary management: maintaining lawyers diaries, time & travel management
• Liaising with clients: corresponding by phone and email with clients as to the whereabouts of their matters

The Candidate
To be considered for this opportunity you should have:

• Minimum 4+ years' experience working in the legal space
• Excellent communication skills along with a high level of attention to detail and professionalism

This position will not be suitable for law students.
