    Description

    Job Title: Department Manager

    You will play a vital role in driving Sales and Profit goals by setting strategic plans for your department to deliver exceptional Customer Experience. Your primary focus will be on building a high-performing team and fostering their growth through succession planning, talent development, and structured performance management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyse and track Sales & Profit KPIs for your department, working closely with Visual Merchandisers to implement sales maximisation strategies.
    • Drive the Hello Member program in line with country objectives.
    • Maintain and uphold H&M standards across your department, utilising the Customer Experience Tool for feedback.
    • Collaborate with your Visual Team to ensure seamless implementation of the Commercial Handbook.
    • Evaluate and manage team performance, providing regular feedback, conducting performance reviews, and developing action plans to enhance growth and productivity.
    • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline within your department to support business needs.

    Requirements:

    • A customer-centric mindset.
    • Experience in analysing commercial reports and formulating sales-maximising plans.
    • Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
    • The ability to delegate, follow up, and provide constructive feedback to coach and develop your team.
    • Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.
