    • $65K + comms (OTE $100K)
    • 1 WFH day / month
    • Ongoing training
    • Experienced, growing team
    • Nice Newcastle & Hunter offices
    • 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday(except1 in 4 Saturdays with full day RDO in lieu)

    Duties

    Selling circa 750 properties per annum and statistically 20 – 30% being traded to investors, there is an incredible opportunity for a seasoned Business Development Executive to capitalise on potential clients already in the pipeline with this company.

    Your key duties will include:
    • Liaise with the sales team for investor clients
    • Prospect and hunt for new business leads
    • Appraise and sign-up properties for rent
    • Advertise available rentals and take enquires
    • Manage the Leasing process
    • Maintain a pipeline of potential business
    • Database management
    Specific requirements

    Our client is open to anyone with exposure to real estate and who is hungry to succeed. To secure this role you will have:
    • Strong relationship building and / or sales skills
    • Demonstrated experience in meeting targets or KPI's
    • Strong communicator with good presentation
    • Good longevity in roles and a drive to succeed
    • A current Certificate of Registration, car and Drivers licence
    • A car and drivers license
