About the

As a Vacationer with BDO (NTH QLD) you will have the opportunityto gain real world experience in a short-term program across theuniversity holidays. Our Vacation Program offers insight into ourservice lines and teams, to help you understand the many careeropportunities and pathways available to you at our firm.

Vacationers experience activities such as service line rotationsand 'day in the life' workshops. You will be immersedinto the culture of BDO (NTH QLD), participating in learning anddevelopment and the many social aspects of the firm, a few of whichinclude health, wellness, and community giving activities. You willhave access to Partners and Managers as well as being supported byyour dedicated buddies along the way. A Vacation placement providesa potential pathway to Undergraduate and Graduate roles within BDO(NTH QLD).

We are seeking students who are interested in joining ourVacation Program in November/December 2024. Recognising that someuniversities schedules may extend beyond December, we are open todiscussing an alternative date range with those specificapplicants.

About You | We welcome students who

• Are currently studying a relevant qualification, such as a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) or a Bachelor of Commerce
• Can confidently communicate and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
• Possess high levels of attention to detail
• Are dynamic team players
• Are professional, organised, proactive and eager to learn
• Possess strong IT skills as well as willing and able to learn new technologies.
