    You will be at the forefront of guiding projects to success, acting as the key source of truth for execution progress. You'll provide critical metrics that define success, working with scorecards to ensure goals are met and that performance is tracked.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and deliver strategic projects that shape the future of enterprise services.
    • Provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders on strategy execution, transformation, and innovation.
    • Drive alignment to strategy, track performance and guide stakeholders towards goals.
    • Implement best-in-class Agile methodologies to enhance execution certainty.
    • Communicate complex strategic insights to influence key decision-makers.

    Your Background:

    • Extensive experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or transformation roles from top-tier firms such as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
    • IT or Business degree and MBA preferred.
    • Previous experience within Financial Services essential.
    • A strong ability to navigate complex environments and drive large-scale change.
    • Proven expertise in business strategy, technology transformation, and stakeholder engagement.
