    Description

    Sales Support Specialist

    Your key responsibilities include:

    • Providing direct support to internal and external customers
    • Following up on the customer registration process from start to finish
    • Collaborating with various areas to manage credit allocation
    • Offering commercial support during implementations, working closely with the customer owner
    • Monitoring contracts and updating tariff information as needed
    • Supporting the creation of Accounts Development Plans
    • Preparing and coordinating quotations for customers

    Key Requirements

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations within Freight forwarding or Forwarder
    • Advanced English language skills (B1 level)
    • Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with a focus on using data-driven insights to inform decisions
    • Effective problem-solving and issue-resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
