    About the role:

    THIS WAY UP is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for making a difference, to drive the delivery of online mental health programs that change lives. At THIS WAY UP, you will manage the design and development of our products to bring accessible, evidence-based treatment to those who need it most.

    The Product Manager ensures that the product supports THIS WAY UP's overall strategy and goals. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and consumer requirements, and defining the product vision.

    You will collaborate with our growing and dedicated team of clinicians, researchers, web developers, communicators, and managers. The successful candidate will have the ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, understand the role of digital services within the health system, and manage concurrent projects with a strong attention to detail.

    Selection Criteria:
    1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia
    2. Demonstrated experience and/or qualifications as a Product Manager, with high level communication, organisational, time management and planning skills including the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complete several tasks concurrently, maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

    3. Proven strategic, analytical and creative problem solving skills and a demonstrated understanding of research and evaluation processes.

    4. Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to manage product delivery.

    5. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a cross-functional team.

    6. Awareness of or experience with digital products in healthcare, education, or other social impact area.

    7. Experience in co-design practices and principles.

    8. Experience in market research, digital strategy and trend forecasting.
