Currently seeking an Executive Assistant, this is a role supporting an individual that is fast-paced, friendly, and a household name in the local area.

    The Role:
    Monday – Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top-performing Directors day in order. This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational and relationship management skills daily. As an Executive Assistant, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

    • Diary, email & appointment management
    • Preparing Sales listing kits
    • Liaising with vendors and buyers
    • Handling exchanges and settlements
    • Property marketing and advertising
    • Assisting at property auctions
    • General administration duties


    The Candidate:
    As the successful applicant, you will demonstrate confidence, maturity, and the ability to handle any task. Previous Real Estate experience is advantageous. Our ideal candidate will also attribute:

    • A current Certificate of Registration
    • A reliable car and a valid driver's license
    • Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Immaculate personal presentation
    • Strong work ethic and drive
