    Develop your .Strata Management experience as you initially manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties with future growth of the portfolio over time.

    The Role

    Your .previous Strata Management or Property Management experience will be invaluable as you initially manage a portfolio of approximately 70 properties with future growth of the portfolio to approximately 100 properties over time.

    Your duties will include:

    • Provision of professional customer support to Owners and Committee Members in a timely manner
    • Liaison with contractors/suppliers
    • Co-ordination of insurance claims/work orders/Requests for Quotes & Maintenance
    • Create new relationships and build on existing connections
    • Planning and running of general meetings
    • Preparation of reports and minutes for all meetings
    • Liaison with directors with accurate & relevant information to assist budgeting & resourcing

    To be successful in this position you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

    • Previous experience in Strata Management or property management
    • An ability to read, interpret and understand legislation (Strata Titles & Community Titles Act & Regulations)
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Well presented
    • A high level of computer literacy (Mircosoft Office, Strata Master & File Smart)
    • Great time management and communication skills
    • Able to prepare agendas, minutes and budgets
    • An ability to convene and conduct meetings
    • General administration and task management experience
    • Be able to work as part of a team or autonomously
    • Own vehicle & current drivers license
