- Facilitate, lead, and contribute to safety and environmental performance targets.
- Promote safe behavior and manage safety at the worksite.

- Undertake track maintenance as required.

- Lead the team on-site to ensure tasks are completed safely and on time.
- Provide reports to supervisors on work progress.
- Travel as needed to support other teams during system closures.
- This role requires hands-on experience in the rail industry.
- Demonstrated Rail Industry experience and Certificate III in Rail Infrastructure.
- Ability to work remotely.
- Preferred: Current Driver's License – MR Class or above.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
