    The Business Improvement Executive (BIE) is proactive, demonstrates a can-do attitude and is passionate and enthusiastic about helping our colleagues be successful. This role requires someone who has attention to detail, a strong understanding of credit and the credit process and is passionate about coaching.

    Do work that matters:

    The purpose of the BIE role is to analyse business outcomes and identifying actions required to achieve attainment of revenue and growth targets within an operationally compliant framework. Reporting to the General Manager, QLD & NT, you will play a key role in identifying best business solutions for clients and ensuring that our frontline staff have the necessary competencies to consistently deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a key role and work with our QLD & NT Leadership Team.

    What will your day look like?

    · Accountable for all initiative milestones, deliverables and success metrics;

    · Consult on solution development and project plans, including scope, resources and timing;

    · Proactively lead a culture of productivity and continuous improvement to create greater capacity and more streamlined processes;

    · Proactively foster a strong risk culture through the delivery of State based initiatives and operational risk and compliance reporting;

    · Oversee the identification of specific customer needs and process inefficiencies and develop sustainable process improvement designs;

    · Ensure effective Change Management and rollout of National and State based initiatives to support our Business Bank strategy and proactively engage project teams to provide feedback and business input;

    · Uplift cross functional team capability.

    · Providing tailored analytics to support the state in improving and embedding activities to uplift focus according to state plans.

    · Coordinating and developing relevant materials to support successful business growth activities directly relating to successful performance uplift;

    You'll want to pursue this opportunity if you have the following:

    · Relevant experience in driving a high-performance culture, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

    · Strong Financial Services Industry experience, including experience in a sales and/or risk role

    · Strong Oral and written communication skills, including proven ability to work collaboratively with business partners and stakeholders

    · Exceptional organisational, planning, prioritisation and time management skills

    · Extensive knowledge of bank products and financial services products and services

    · Advanced tech literacy with expert Microsoft Excel capability (i.e; macros, pivot tables, etc.)

    · Project Management experience (Desirable)

    · Presentation Skills
