    Job Description

    The People & Culture Business Partner | Corporate Services Leader | Human Resources Professional role is a dynamic opportunity for a customer-focused individual to thrive in our fast-paced environment.

    You will be the voice of our customers, working closely with Project Management, Business Analyst, and Software Engineering teams to manage different projects to success.

    • Deliver onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring for customers
    • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
    • Provide frontline support to customers and management of Jira support tickets
    • Develop high-quality customer-facing materials and repositories
    • Provide feedback, support, and updates to internal stakeholders
    • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, training, and reviews of products with customers

    About You

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
    • Previous experience in onboarding and SaaS advantageous
    • Excellent written and verbal skills
    • A love for problem-solving and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
    • Ability to win trust and drive relationships to ensure best outcomes for customers and the business
