    As Airwallex continues to expand, the Strategic Account Manager role becomes a crucial sales position.

    This role will work with our Key Accounts, which include our most significant Mid-market and Enterprise clients, through post-go-live phases.

    You will collaborate with many different teams across the business, such as sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy.
    This role's primary focus will be upselling, cross-selling, and building multi-stakeholder relationships with our key clients.

    We are looking for a tech-savvy Fintech enthusiast who is passionate about learning the intricacies of our platform to solve complex problems.

    You possess excellent communication skills, enjoy fostering relationships with clients, and deliver creative ideas.

    You take pride in being seen as a trusted business partner, which enables you to work with customers to understand their requirements and how Airwallex can provide additional value to their business.

    Our product offerings to clients work across three pillars:collect, manage, and spend.

    This includes but is not limited to payments, global bank accounts, company and employee cards, expense management, online payments/payment gateway, and API integrations.


    Responsibilities:


    Build deep relationships with our key accounts to best understand their needs & provide value-based solutions utilising our range of products and services.

    We want you to achieve revenue targets by focusing on input metrics to deliver relevant outputs.

    The team hasan established framework, but we encourage you to personalise your approach and contribute to the role in a way that works best for you.

    Forecast & build out a pipeline within Salesforce to accurately track numbers for the business and you're how/when/what success you're driving.

    Build relationships with internal stakeholders to share customer insights & help build out the roadmap.


    What you'll bring:
    You have experience - at least 5+ years of B2 Bexperience managing and growing technology/Fintech relationships with enterprise accounts.
    You are confident in your knowledge of API integrationand developing creative solutions for clients.
    You have experience with enterprise accounts.
    You have worked previously with complex sales, and you feel comfortable selling to C-level executives.
    You are a relationship builder.
    You build meaningful, collaborative relationships with all your internal and external work partners.

    You can speak to anyone– you should have exceptional communication skills and be comfortable conversing with people of all backgrounds and domains.

    You are a problem solver.

    You look for creative solutions, can easily understand new products, and ask the right questions before figuring out a solution.

    You can easily simplify complexity for others.

    If you want to build something great, you should be resilient, driven, creative, patient but persistent, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.

    You are success-orientedand hold yourself accountable for delivering key outcomes, including KPIs and revenue targets.

    You are technically mindedand have prior experience working in API B2 B sales or account management for a similar organisation.
