    About the Role

    Our team is seeking experienced claims professionals to fill full-time Claims Consultant positions with one of Queensland's leading and most respected insurers.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of property claims, working closely with policyholders, adjusters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and fair resolutions.

    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of property claims from initial contact through to resolution
    • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine claim entitlements

    • Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claims process

    Requirements:

    • Relevant experience in claims management or a related field
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
