    We're seeking a Chief Executive Officer to drive educational equity in Australia. This is a pivotal role that requires strategic vision, leadership, and innovation to reshape lives and transform communities through education.

    The successful candidate will inspire and lead a movement, setting the tone for operational excellence, collaboration, and financial stewardship. They will partner with the Board to chart Teach For Australia's future, ensuring sustainability through diverse funding sources while scaling programs that address educational inequity.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Setting the strategic vision and direction for Teach For Australia
    • Partnering with the Board to chart the organization's future
    • Leading a movement that inspires innovation, operational excellence, and collaboration
    • Ensuring financial stewardship and sustainability through diverse funding sources
    • Scaling programs that address educational inequity
