We are looking for a Global Marketing and Commercial Manager to oversea the marketing, tendering and project management of all company product and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy, identifying market opportunities and defining target markets.
• Manage sales and marketing functions, including planning, target setting, and performance monitoring.
• Lead business development initiatives, seeking new partnerships, collaborations, and growth opportunities around the globe.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
• Oversee pricing strategies to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
• Lead a team of 20 staff

The Person:

We are looking for someone who

• Has minimum of 5 years' successful senior management and leadership experience in the manufacturing or equipment sector
• Strong, proven commercial background with the ability to plan, implement, and analyze performance results against objectives and KPIs.
• Demonstrable experience in attracting new sales and retaining existing customers
• Personal leadership qualities, including effective communication and decision-making skills.
