- Actively managing initial enquiries from new clients and providing information on service offering and pricing
- Conducting initial assessments and developing client centered Care Plans, taking into account clients specific care needs, goals and preferences
- Maintaining relationships with clients and referrers with the aim of growing the business and exploring opportunities for marketing and promotion of care services
- Providing team leadership, engaging staff through regular communication and providing guidance and support
- Assisting with recruitment, overseeing rostering and identifying staff training needs

- Fully accredited
- Does not need to be clinical but must have strong leadership and operational abilities
- Minimum 3 years experience in residential aged care
- Working knowledge of Accreditation Standards and ACF
- Well developed communication skills and leadership skill
- Influenza/Covid Vaccination
- Current National Police Certificate
