    As an Android Engineer in our team you'll play a key role in helping to power the authentication experiences in the mobile channel and providing a secure and safe customer experience. This role is responsible for the design and development of Android applications and SDKs that underpin the authentication services.

    What will your day look like

    As a Android Engineer, you are expected to focus on best practice approaches on mobile application engineering and development. You will provide specialist technical expertise, supports design and development of solutions that meet long term business and customer needs. Your resolution should be stable, secure, scalable, extensible and maintainable mobile applications. Your role includes ensuring that designs follow architectural standards and guidelines, advising on functional issues and collaborating with/mentoring other mobile developers as they work through designing, coding, configuring, and testing solutions.

    What will you bring?

    To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

    • Proven years of experience on Android Mobile App and SDK development
    • Strong experience in using Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and testing practices.
    • Knowledge and practical experience in IAM technologies such as ForgeRock, Ping Identity and Auth0
    • Knowledge of industry standards such as OAuth2, OIDC, FIDO2
    • Tooling such as GitHub, Bamboo, Jenkins, Code Fresh, SonarQube, etc.
    • Design, implement, POC, triage and diagnose defects/issues
    • Experience with CIAM and API-based design/deployment is desirable
    • Financial domain experience will be a plus
    • Ability to work virtually with partners or clients in different geographical locations
    • Strong problem-solving skills and delivery focus
    • Excellent communication skills
