    As a Publications Business Partner, you will be responsible for technical writing, mixed media production, design, change management, editorial and publishing support with a focus on document and process control. Authoring, editing and publishing of manual suites and associated notices across the business, controlling operating procedures, policy, processes, documentation and/or system information, ensuring quality, compliance and driving improvements to enhance operations.

    Your technical publications portfolio will be rotational and diverse, spanning operational areas such as Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Freight and Engineering.

    You'll have –

    • Tertiary qualifications in a communications, business, aviation management, change management or related discipline highly regarded (or studying towards an appropriate discipline).
    • Excellent literary aptitude with experience in technical writing.
    • Aptitude for technology, with experience in document management/delivery systems, software applications and authoring tools such as MS, Adobe, InDesign, XML and HTML.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business
    • Demonstrated experience in making decisions in complex environments
    • Ability to plan and manage performance targets.
    • Detailed knowledge of CASA regulations and aptitude to interpret legislative material is highly regarded.
    • Must be available to undertake 7 concurrent days of after-hours and weekend publishing, providing on-call support services on a rotational basis once every 10-12 weeks.
