    The Organisation

    Leading business in the transport space. As they expand and optimize operations, they are seeking a talented Senior Process Analyst with expertise in mapping payments processes.

    The Role

    As a Senior Process Analyst - focusing on subcontractor Payments, you will play a crucial role in analysing, documenting, and optimizing our subcontractor payments process. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, streamline workflows, and ensure efficiency and accuracy in our payments to subcontractors. Any previous experience in ARIS will be highly advantageous.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth analysis of current subcontractor payments process to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize ARIS or similar process mapping tools to document existing processes and propose optimized workflows.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and implement process enhancements.
    • Develop clear and comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
    • Work closely with IT teams to implement process automation solutions where applicable, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
    • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of optimized processes.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further optimization and refinement.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in ARIS (Or similar) highly advantageous
    • Proven experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on mapping and optimizing payments processes
    • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
