- Conduct in-depth analysis of current subcontractor payments process to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize ARIS or similar process mapping tools to document existing processes and propose optimized workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and implement process enhancements.
- Develop clear and comprehensive process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Work closely with IT teams to implement process automation solutions where applicable, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of optimized processes.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further optimization and refinement.
- Previous experience in ARIS (Or similar) highly advantageous
- Proven experience as a Process Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on mapping and optimizing payments processes
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
