The opportunity

Silver Chain Group currently has a great opportunity for a suitably experienced RegisteredNurse, who loves to travel and experience Western Australia. Visit the gold mines of Kalgoorlie, explore the beaches of Albany and Broome, enjoy the hustle and bustle of Bunbury and Busselton WA is your oyster for work and travel You will be based in Perth but with rotational travel to our regional areas of WA

Also, If you are looking for an opportunity to work independently in the community with a variety of clients assisting to make a real contribution to their health outcomes, this could be the job for you

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing general and community nursing to our clients and act as an advocate for our clients and their families. You will have exceptional clinical assessment skills, are able to make informed decisions and effectively solve problems for clients and other direct care staff.

About you

• Nursing qualifications and current APHRA Registration
• Minimum 4 years post graduate clinical experience
• Well-developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment
• Acute clinical skills including Wound and Catheter care
• Compassion and Enthusiasm, with a friendly approach
• Full Australian Driver Licence
