Approach Consulting is partnered with a highly regarded and one of Australia's fastest-growing legal practices to support the continued expansion of its General Liability (Insurance) team here in Canberra. This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Associate or Special Counsel with personal injury expertise looking to join a collaborative, forward-thinking environment where career progression and flexibility are prioritised.

Having assisted 5 lawyers PQE) join this team over the last 5 years, we have first hand knowledge of their culture and support.
The Opportunity.
You will join a well-established and expanding team handling complex personal injury and liability matters while working alongside respected leaders in the field. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, strong mentoring, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a growing national practice. There is a significant focus on Historical Abuse, as well as general liability matters.
About you.
- Senior Associate or Special Counsel with demonstrated personal injury experience
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical capability
- Experience in advice writing to major insurers/clients
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent client outcomes
- Motivated to grow within a leading insurance practice
