- Manage claim from end to end including liaison with injured worker, line managers, internal and external stakeholders
- Manage claim files via microsoft tools (but not limited to)
- Manage injured workers paperwork
- Update monthly reports
- Maintain and update Incident/injury register as required
- Coordinate WHS requirements including operation of the Work health and safety management system, assisting to implement new procedures etc
- Reviewing WHS/HR policies and procedures
- Driving strong relationships and rapport with all stakeholders
- A strong emphasis on administrative tasks this is a high ADMIN role, excel skills a bonus
- Ability to 'make the role your own'
- Exceptional attention to detail and welldeveloped people skills
- Analytical problem solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

About the Role:
* Up to 16 hours per week or 2-3 days per week - based in Head Office (*role may be hybrid)Hours are dependent on business requirements. Flexibility is required,
preferred days are Tuesday to Thursday.

Your responsibilities include:
Workers Compensation (WC)
- Submit initial workers compensation claim to the insurer within timeframe
- Process and action all incident reports
