    What you'll do

    As the F&M Team Leader, coordinate day-to-day activities of all matters relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance for the Wyong Regional Distribution Centre. Support & lead tasks relating to F&M operations, engineering, risk and compliance, with a highlighted focus on contractor works and activities. Ensure all works are satisfactorily and safely completed to Primary Connect policies, procedures and standards so as to minimise disruption to occupants and operators.

    • Conduct and complete DC-specific property and F&M related inspections as assigned
    • Comply to WOW Group and Primary Connect Facilities & Maintenance policies and procedures, including site-specific requirements and/or reporting requirements
    • File, report & record maintenance records and incident management
    • Support team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures
    • Full-time on-site role, Tuesday - Saturday from 6am-2:30pm


    What you'll bring

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in Facilities Maintenance (or similar; not strictly in a warehouse environment)
    • Contractor management experience
    • Experience in the facilities and/or property industry and/or building services and knowledge of WHS legislation, practices and building services
    • Excellent organisation and administrative/computer skills with Microsoft and/or Google Suite skills
    • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and inputs from internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong verbal & written communication skills to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
