    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Mechanical Inspector to join Central Region Distribution Dept.Central Region Distribution Dept is responsible for responsible for distributing hydrocarbon products domestically within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

    Your primary role is to perform full range of inspection activities including welding, coating, external, T&I & Inspection and none limited mechanical tasks. The primary role is to ensures assigned mechanical job is conducted safely and as per SA requirements.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and monitor quality control programs developed by construction contractors.
    • Review Quality Assurance and Control (QAC) programs, design drawings, engineering specifications, waiver requests, and standards.
    • Perform inspections of an advanced and more complex nature.
    • Provide training to personnel to enhance technical abilities and understanding in various disciplines and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods.
    • Conduct mechanical inspections, including tanks, vessels, coolers, exchangers, sumps, flares, piping, pipelines, etc.
    • Oversee coating activities in compliance with SA (Saudi Arabia) requirements.
    • Familiarity with SAIF/SAP system to manage inspection activities such as issuing pre Turnaround & Inspection (T&I), T&I package, post T&I, Defect Notifications, EIS review, external inspections, etc.
    • Conduct Reinforced Thermosetting Resin (RTR) installation and inspection.

    Requirements:

    • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Possess a minimum of 5 years of inspection experience.
